Executive Director – Senior Living

What you'll need to succeed:

• Assisted living experience is a must-have. You'll need to hit the ground running.
• A passion for resident and team engagement .
• The ability to balance operational and financial responsibilities with your relationship-building skills.
• A strong understanding of sales and business development to partner with the existing team.
• Licensed in Louisiana
