Job Summary

DelMoSports, LLC is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Event Registration Coordinator to assist with participant registration and administrative support for sporting events remotely. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate registration records, respond to participant inquiries, and ensure a smooth registration experience from sign-up through event day.



 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review online registrations for upcoming sporting events.
• Maintain accurate participant information and registration records.
• Respond to participant questions through email and other approved communication channels.
• Send registration confirmations, event reminders, and relevant updates.
• Assist participants with registration changes and general inquiries.
• Maintain spreadsheets, digital records, and registration reports.
• Coordinate with event operations staff to communicate participant needs.
• Identify and report registration discrepancies or technical issues.
• Protect confidential participant information and follow company data-handling procedures.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online forms.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Professional, helpful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, registration, or event coordination is an advantage but not required.
