Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: - Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: One (1) year related experience in a clinic setting is required. One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred. License: Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association required. Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association preferred. Must-Have: Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. A team player who can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Description: Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan and performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being. Evaluates the patient's progress. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance to perform work on-site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
