Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: N/A Duration: 24 weeks Shift: 5x8 Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: One year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. License: Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association required. ACLS endorsed by the American Heart Association preferred. Must-Have: - Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications - Patient care needs assessment and evaluation - Treatment planning - Interventions - Patient progress evaluation Description: Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan and performs interventions aimed at improving the patient's well-being. Evaluate the patient's progress regularly. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements list must represent the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required.
