Owning the NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior NetSuite Administrator will manage, customize, and enhance the NetSuite environment to meet evolving business needs, ensuring audit readiness and optimizing financial workflows. Key responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of the NetSuite environment, including architecture design, configuration, and release management across various finance modules Build and maintain customizations, including SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, and reporting tools Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing strategic system enhancements Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent certifications Proven SuiteScript development experience for process automation Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close processes Experience with AI and LLM-driven automation in finance contexts is a strong plus
