Medical language specialist who interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other healthcare professionals in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services. Customers served include staff physicians, nurses, HIM Dept., Administrative personnel, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Utilization Review, outside physicians' offices, insurance companies, lawyers and governmental agencies.
