Join us today and make work your adventure.Event Staff members are responsible for supporting the successful execution of live music events, concerts, social gatherings, and other entertainment activities at Beech Mountain Resort. The ideal candidates are energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Event staff play a key role in setting up, assisting during events, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.Responsibilities:Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including sound and lighting equipmentGreet and provide guests with excellent customer service during eventsSupport event coordinators and managers in event logistics and operationsEnsure event areas are kept clean and organized throughout the eventMonitor guest safety and adhere to resort safety standardsHelp with ticketing, seating, and crowd control as neededAssist with vendor and performer coordinationRequirements or Qualifications:Previous experience in event support or customer service preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong communication skills and ability to interact with guests and staff professionallyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to stand for long periods and lift event equipment as neededReliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
