Responsibility Summary: Perform general carpentry; construct, repair and maintain structures, equipment, partitions, doors, windows, and other parts of facilities; and assist with general maintenance activities as directed.
Education: Minimum: High school education with additional vocational school education in blueprint reading, or equivalent related experience Preferred: Mechanical drawing, carpentry, and woodworking preferred.
License/Certifications: License: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy.
Experience: Minimum: Two to three years of recent experience in the building trades. Preferred: Healthcare experience.
Other: Minimum: Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
